These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Gradyn’s custom project services. By placing an order or using our dashboard, you accept these terms in full.
Gradyn connects university students with vetted developers to build custom software projects, complete lab tasks, and write reports. The deliverables are provided strictly for educational reference, study assistance, and viva exam preparation.
Payments are executed on a pay-per-service basis through Razorpay or Stripe gateways. Users may also maintain and apply wallet balances credited by promotional codes or admin adjustments. No subscriptions or recurring charges apply.
All custom code and written materials generated by our freelancers are transferred to you upon order completion. Gradyn retains a non-exclusive license to use generic codebase modules for reference and improvement of future services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
