If you request to cancel your service order before a member of our delivery team is assigned and work has commenced, you are eligible for a full 100% refund.
Once an order status shifts to "ASSIGNED" or work has begun, the payment enters escrow and is non-refundable. We allocate developer hours and resources to guarantee your deadline is met.
If the final deliverable does not match the specifications or deadlines defined during order creation, you may request unlimited revisions within 14 days of delivery. For unresolved issues, you may contact support to trigger a manual review and dispute resolution.
